Chapati Recipe

 

Ingredients

2 cups wheat flour
¼ tsp. salt
1 cup warm water

Instructions

Add salt to the flour. Gradually adding warm water to knead into dough.
Leave at room temperature for half an hour. Then divide it evenly into 6 parts.
Roll out into flat chapati as thin as possible. Cook over preheated pan (tawa)
Can also be frozen after baking for later use.
